Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, Infinite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. We prioritize your safety and health by ensuring all returned hardware meets strict sanitary standards before being processed.

Return Process

  Verify Seal Integrity

  Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original, tamper-evident heat-sealed bag; once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed jewelry inside a padded bubble mailer or a rigid box to prevent damage during transit, as damaged items cannot be refunded.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix your return label and drop the package off at your local carrier, keeping your tracking number until your refund is confirmed via email.
